4. prijímal akékoľvek rozhodnutia a iné písomnosti a urobil všetky úkony, ktoré sú potrebné k skončeniu prerokovania tohto dedičstva. Súhlasím (e) s tým, aby tento môj (náš) zástupca uzavrel v mojom (našom) mene dohodu o rozdelení dedičstva, aj keby som (sme) podľa nej nedostal (i) z dedičstva žiaden podiel.
